Samantha
Salon Director
The face behind Samantha Jayne hair. Hair has always been her passion and since the beginning of her hairdressing career she dreamed of creating a place where she and other stylists could really shine. She founded Samantha Jayne hair and in doing so created her dream salon, a home away from home where everyone feels like one big family. She has put her passion into educating all stylists that come through her door, making SJH what it is today. As the hair industry is forever changing, she makes sure to keep up to date with all the latest education, techniques & trends aiming to continuously improve standards across the business whilst working hard to create an atmosphere of support and encouragement for all employees.
AND if running a hair empire wasn’t enough, she also has 2 beautiful children at home as well as working on the salon floor throughout the week! You will never meet anyone more dedicated to creating the best experience for clients and the best working environment for staff!
Clair
Creative Stylist
Our southern stylist with a northern charm! Hard worker Clair never sits still, whether its helping the team keep the salon tidy and running smooth or creating amazing colours and cuts on her clients she really has it all. She has held senior roles within the industry for the past 25 years whilst working for one of the most successful industry brands & is a master in precision haircuts, short cuts and bobs. She prides herself on creating wearable hair colours and styles for her clients and loves educating people on how to maintain beautiful hair at home.
Chloe
Stylist
Having recently completed her NVQ Level 2 Chloe has an incredible passion and enthusiasm for everything hair. Starting off as a Saturday girl her love for hair truly began, Chloe loves learning and perfecting new techniques. She loves all aspects of hair, especially hair up styling, colour and short cuts. Chloe is fully qualified in extensions and raring to go, creating celebrity weaves and tape extensions. We can’t wait to see what she does next and see her grow within Samantha Jayne hair. Short haired ladies, Chloe is your gal!
Bethany
Senior Stylist
Bethany has taken hairdressing by storm since the minute she started. She loves creating amazing changes with her clients., from balayage and restyle cuts to creative colours and beautiful tape extension transformations! Bethany prides herself on perfection, she wants every client to walk down the street with confidence. She loves taking people through massive transformations, giving clients that extra time in colour services. We love seeing how different clients come in to when they leave.
Jessica
Stylist
Our highlight queen loves creating beautiful blondes. Jessica takes extra care with her clients, working with them to give them a look they love. She has an eye for detail and can perfectly execute a blonde! Jessica has a passion for hair up, which is good considering she is incredible at them! She loves to see a brides face on their wedding day after one of her creations. With her hunger for education you will always find Jessica brushing up on the latest and greatest in the hair industry, keeping us all up to date!
Melissa
Salon Manager and Head Stylist
Melissa is passionate about hair and excels at everything she touches, and its these key attributes that have assisted in her promotion to Salon Manager & Head Stylist. From creating bespoke colours tailored to each individual client through to educating stylists at all levels within their career. All colours are exciting to her, and she believes every person should have their own individual colour and style, no matter how big or small the change. Melissa loves natural hair and takes a lot of care in our curly girls, working to enhance hair at its natural state rather than work against it. She enjoys making her clients feel beautiful and giving everyone a much-needed boost of confidence when they leave the salon.
Lynn
Senior Stylist
The stylist that keeps us all grounded, Lynn’s by the book way of hairdressing means she creates the most amazing hair styles with incredible precision. Always using the foundation of hairdressing she is able to guarantee all her clients leave happy and come back happy. Her haircuts always grow out beautifully.
Poppy
Apprentice
Our amazing Junior Poppy. Poppy came to us not knowing if she wanted to be a hairdresser and in a few short months fell in love with it. She’s our right arm in the salon and absolutely thrives on everything she does. She’s passionate about all things hair and we can’t wait to see her amazing creations come to life. Poppy is currently studying level 2 at James core and can be found behind the chair on Wednesdays.
Adele
Front of House
Our Front of House professional is the queen of organisation. Adele has a proven track record in reception skills and plays a key role in keeping the salon running as smoothly as possible. Adele leads by example, aiming to achieve the perfect client experience whilst supporting each stylist to achieve their full potential.
